This website kinda started life in 2007/2008 when the domain owner was looking for domain name investing opportunities, and found one available (BritishAngling.co.uk), and being an enthusiastic (but somewhat limited in ability to get places) life-long angler, decided to snap it up before it fell into the wrong hands.
A few years after that I started morphing it into a UK Fishing web directory, with forums & blog website for fellow fishing enthusiasts to accompany it.
It failed to take off to the extent I was hoping, so as I was running low on money canned the domain name, and integrated the suviving bits for posterity as a sub-domain on one of my surviving domains before partially reviving it as a back-up here.
